Security Improvements and Impact on Portal Login
Users with a linked Viewpoint ID (VPID) account will no longer be able to log in to the portal with their employee number. You can unlink your portal login from your Viewpoint ID (Trimble Construction One Account). Log in with your Viewpoint ID, select your name in the upper right and then select Unlink.

Release Highlights

NEW: Subcontract review and approval in the portal 
  • Subcontracts can now be approved or rejected by reviewers by going to Approval>Pending PO/SL Review (formerly Purchase Order Review).
**Only available in Vista version 2023 R1 and forward**

NEW: Separate layouts for Field Tickets and Field Management Mobile
  • You can now create unique layouts for the payroll section of Field Tickets and Field Management Mobile timecards. Your existing layouts will still be available and can continue to be used. No changes are needed.
Grid Timecard Settings
NEW: No Bill option for compiling attachments
  • The Next Gen Billing Compiler now gives you the ability to select the No Bill option. This will allow you to compile and download attachments based on date ranges and filters without having to specify a particular bill.

NEW: Add fillable PDF forms to onboarding profiles and job categories
  • Embed fillable PDF forms in document templates. You can then add the applicable template to a job category or hiring profile. The fillable PDF forms can be completed by new hires or applicants during the onboarding/application process. The completed forms are attached to the employee’s HR Resource records once the new hire is initialized to Vista.

Expanded functionality for managing Scheduled Jobs in the Portal
The Scheduled Job button was added to Portal Settings in the 23.2 release. The feature has been expanded in this release.
  • View more details about each Scheduled Job
    • Expanded details include the job name, schedule (in standard time), upcoming/past execution dates, last run job status, UD job (Y/N), and if the job is enabled.
  • Add new Scheduled Jobs
    • Add new jobs directly from the Managed Jobs page.

  • Edit and run jobs, view job history, and delete ud-jobs
    • Edit schedules and executables, enable/disable jobs, manually run jobs, check job statuses/history, and more directly from the Manage Scheduled Jobs page.
