"Credit Card Import Fail"
Did you receive a "Credit Card Import Fail" message when trying to import Credit Card transactions into the Trimble Viewpoint Vista Web Portal after the 2023 R8 Update?  If so, you may be receiving the error because the template for the import now requires the employee number column.  The old template is no longer compatible with the import.

You will be excited to hear this is an easy fix!   Just follow the steps below.

Web Portal>Employee Tools>Credit Card Import
Download Template ButtonClick on Download Template.
Credit Card Transaction TemplateThe new template will open.  Open your current import file in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Copy each column from your old template into the new template that you just downloaded.  Make sure that the columns match between the old and new template.  The new Employee field can be left blank or can be populated with the corresponding employee numbers.  Next do a Find and replace to remove commas for compatibility with the csv format.  Save the new template as a
.CSV file.

Import Transactions ButtonClick on Import Transactions.  Choose the new template .CSV file and click on open.  The file should be imported.
